The TeleForm® family of Information Capture products are used to replace manual data entry with the automated processing of forms and documents. TeleForm converts paper into online information for database, XML and content management systems, and allows organizations to apply business rules to clean and verify incoming information.

TeleForm is a complete Software Package that can Interpret Documents and Forms via input from a Document Scanner, Fax Modem or the Internet and convert the Alpha/Numeric Handprint (ICR), Machine Printed Text (OCR), Shaded Circles/Squares (OMR) and Bar Codes to most Industry Standard Databases (ODBC).

TeleForm Can: Create smart documents, then capture data and images from forms, such as: Surveys, Tests, Applications for Employment, Time Cards, Clinical Study (CRF) forms, etc. Capture information from Paper or Fax, via (OCR-ICR-OMR-Barcode) or electronically via the Web.

Note: Cardiff TeleForm common issues/fixes:

If the Teleform VBA environment is an issue, try:
1) From the Teleform Client, have all Teleform apps off
2) Download from this DropBox, and run-as-admin, this MS Access 2007 program (restores VBA) https://www.dropbox.com/s/n5cb2g6be0zd40u/AccessDatabaseEngine.exe?dl=0
3) Re-run the Teleform Client setup.exe (as admin)
4) See from Designer that the form > script > vba environment is now ok

How to make a MS SQL Windows ODBC DSN for a 32bit application on a 64bit PC (like for Teleform)
1) You run this MS ODBC Data Source Administrator: c:\windows\syswow64\odbcad32.exe (Note: If making a 32bit DSN for MS SQL Server, pick SQLSRV32.dll)
